By staying at Hotel Patel Inn, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time: 12:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

Guest Identification

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Passport, etc.) at the time of check-in.
The hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation if valid identification is not provided.

Room Tariffs & Stay

Room rates are subject to availability and may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or special events.
All tariffs are applicable per room per night unless stated otherwise.

Use of Hotel Property

Guests are expected to treat hotel property, furnishings, and amenities with care and respect.
Any damage, loss, or misuse of hotel property will be chargeable to the guest.

Linen, Towels & Amenity Damage Policy

Hotel Patel Inn provides high-quality linen, towels, blankets, duvets, and amenities for guest use.
Permanent stains or damage caused to items such as towels, bed sheets, blankets, duvets, curtains, mattresses, furniture, or any hotel-provided item — including but not limited to stains from hair dye, chemicals, oil, cosmetics, ink, or any non-removable marks — will be chargeable.
Charges will be based on the actual cost of cleaning, repair, or replacement, as determined by the hotel management.
Claims that substances were applied prior to arrival do not exempt responsibility if damage occurs during the stay.

House Rules

Smoking is strictly prohibited in common areas of the hotel.
Cooking inside guest rooms is not allowed.
Guests are requested to ensure that noise levels, including music or conversations, do not disturb other guests or the surrounding environment.

Conduct & Management Rights

Guests are expected to maintain respectful conduct towards hotel staff and fellow guests.
Management reserves the right to deny admission or cancel a stay in case of misconduct, violation of hotel rules, or false information.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds for third-party bookings (MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, etc.) are governed by the respective platform’s policies.
For direct bookings, cancellation terms will be as discussed at the time of confirmation.

Liability Disclaimer

The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
However, the management will extend reasonable assistance, wherever possible, including reviewing CCTV footage or providing necessary information, while not assuming any legal liability.
